The Blackwell's own stallion, Smart Chicaway is an own son of Smart Chic Olena and is the Equistat #2 earner in reining & cutting. He stands at Janssen Performance Horses and was trained and piloted by Bob to the 1999 NRHA Limited Open Futurity. He proved his versatility by going on to earn an AQHA Register of Merit in Working Cow Horse and now has become highly successful in cutting winning numerous affiliate championships, qualifying for the NCHA Western National four times and been a finalist and top ten finisher. He recently qualified for the AQHA World Show in both Amateur & Senior Cutting.
